Week 1 Weigh In

As of this morning, I have been on Diet To Go for a full week.  I have admittedly skipped a few meals and last night went to a food event in which I basically stuffed my face, but even still I am down 3 pounds.  It may not be a full 3 pounds as today I weighed myself in the morning and last week I weighed myself in the evening, but either way it's a step in the right direction and I now have a morning weight to base future loses on.

3 pounds down, 23 more to go!
