Day 3: Dinner--Thai Turkey Tenderloin

For my third dinner, I chose the Thai Turkey Tenderloin.  It is a turkey tenderloin with marinade over rice with green beans and cherry tomatoes.  I've already indicated that I'm not a huge green beans fan, but I mixed them up with the marinade for more flavor.  Cooked cherry tomatoes is a bit odd, but they were fine.  The turkey itself was moist and tasty.  Although, that was mainly attributable to the marinade.  So more center pieces of the turkey I made a point to dip in the extra sauce.  I've already  mentioned that I'm a fan of rice and this rice didn't disappoint.  As far as feeling satiated, it was the same as with other meals.  I was definitely not full and still a big hungry but didn't really need more food than the meal had.
